As we prepare for the upcoming IFED 2026 Seoul, we would like to emphasize our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. In alignment with global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards, we are implementing a comprehensive guide for the use of eco-friendly materials during the event.

We kindly ask for your active cooperation in following these guidelines to help us minimize our environmental footprint and host a truly "Green" international event.

 
Key ESG Guidelines for Participants

1. Sustainable Booth & Display Materials

Encouraged: Use of recyclable, biodegradable, or reusable materials for booth construction (e.g., FSC-certified wood, recycled cardboard, or modular aluminum frames).
Restricted: Minimizing the use of single-use plastics, PVC, and non-recyclable composite materials that are difficult to process after the event.

2. Eco-Friendly Promotional Collaterals

Go Digital: We encourage the use of QR codes, digital brochures, and mobile platforms instead of mass-printed flyers.
Recycled Materials: If printing is essential, please use recycled paper and soy-based inks.
Sustainable Giveaways: We recommend promotional items made from sustainable sources like bamboo, cork, or upcycled materials.

3. Waste Management & Reduction

Please adhere to a "Zero-Waste" approach by minimizing excess packaging and utilizing the designated recycling stations provided at the venue.

4. Energy Conservation

To reduce our collective carbon footprint, please ensure all high-energy equipment and decorative lighting are powered down during non-operating hours.
